1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BizMind AI Agency LLC services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BizMind provides document preparation and filing services for the formation of Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) in California, New Mexico, Texas, Florida, and Illinois. Our services include:

• Preparation of Articles of Organization
• Filing with the Secretary of State
• Processing of Employer Identification Number (EIN) with the IRS
• Operating Agreement generation
• Expedited processing (2-3 business days)

Note: Registered Agent service is NOT included in our package. You must appoint a registered agent with a physical address in your state (you may serve as your own or use a third-party service).

3. We Are Not a Law Firm

BizMind AI Agency LLC is a self-help document filing service. We are NOT a law firm, we do NOT provide legal advice, and we do NOT act as your attorney. Communications with BizMind are NOT protected by attorney-client privilege. For legal questions or advice, consult with a licensed attorney in your state.

4. Fees and Refunds

Prices shown include the BizMind service fee and the state filing fee. State fees are paid directly to the Secretary of State on your behalf and are NOT refundable once filed. The BizMind service fee is refundable if the filing has not yet been submitted to the state.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. BizMind is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

BizMind liability is limited to the amount paid for services. In no event shall BizMind be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
